Since the start of the company V Solutions has been enabling companies to reach their full potential. V Solutions is owned and operated by Veslemøy Elin Ellinggard. She is a state authorized public accountant (CPA) with a master's degree in accounting and auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). She has a thorough range of experience from PwC, KPMG and an international public listed company before starting V Solutions in 2011. She has been an engagement leader with signatory rights, office manager with financial and personnel responsibilities, lecturer and she has had full-time involvement in IFRS. Furthermore she has handled acquisitions and sales of corporations, prospectuses and information memorandum in addition to regularly reporting to the stock exchange.
